📍 A southern climate : hot, dry, bright, punctuated by the mistral and irregular rains.
📍 Rolled pebbles : comparable to those of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, they store heat during the day and release it at night. A heritage of the Rhône, they mark the structure of the wines
📍 Limestone soils with clay or sandstone subsoils, depending on the plots.
📍 The softer loamy soils provide finesse and balance.
•📍A mosaic of terroirs that we enhance by sometimes vinifying a single terroir, sometimes by playing on their complementarity.
